AHC Office Headquarters Navigate to see our project AHC Office Headquarters The AHC Office Headquarters in Riyadh demonstrates how landscape design can transform a corporate building into a welcoming and environmentally responsive workplace. The strong, modern architecture with its grey geometries and expansive glass façades is softened by a carefully curated landscape that introduces greenery as both a buffer and a statement of identity. From the perimeter to the heart of the building, the design emphasizes the role of plants in creating shade, rhythm, and texture that complement the contemporary structure. Mature palms line the frontage and parking edges, providing scale and vertical presence while casting shade across the building envelope. Beneath them, layers of hedges, flowering bougainvillea, oleanders, and ornamental grasses create depth and seasonal variety, grounding the heavy architectural lines in a vibrant landscape frame. The main entrance becomes a green threshold where stone-clad walls and polished marble planters are contrasted by lush planting that guides visitors toward the building, setting a professional yet inviting tone. Inside, the landscape continues to weave through the interiors with planted courtyards and indoor atriums. Large-format planters are filled with palms, bird of paradise, bonsai-style trees, and dense ground covers, softening marble and glass surfaces while improving air quality and offering a calm visual break for employees. The layering of tropical and desert-resilient plants ensures resilience in Riyadh’s climate while still achieving the lush, immersive quality of a green interior. The palette prioritizes plants that thrive in arid conditions but are arranged to create the impression of abundance. Fountain grasses sway along the edges, low shrubs and flowering ground covers spill from raised beds, and structured rows of palms give rhythm to the outdoor corridors. Concealed irrigation and the use of black marble and natural stone finishes tie the landscape seamlessly into the architectural language. Together, these interventions make the office more than just a workplace. The building is elevated by its landscape, where greenery is not an afterthought but a defining element that frames, softens, and enlivens the corporate setting. The project shows how a carefully considered planting strategy can enhance identity, contribute to sustainability, and create an environment that is both professional and deeply connected to nature. Riyadh Project
RIYADH PROJECT Navigate to see our project RIYADH PROJECT The Riyadh Project is envisioned as a new benchmark in sustainable luxury, blending contemporary design with the cultural spirit of Saudi Arabia. Set within the capital’s desert landscape, the development emerges as an urban oasis, where architecture and nature come together in harmony. Each building is wrapped in lush vertical greenery and layered terraces, softening the built form while cooling the environment, and creating an inviting refuge for both residents and visitors. The masterplan is anchored by a series of interconnected blocks, each housing unique yet complementary functions such as hotels, wellness hubs, business spaces, cultural venues, retail, and dining. At its heart lies the Hanging Garden, a multi level landscape that brings shade, community, and biodiversity into the urban fabric. Thoughtfully designed pools, terraces, and courtyards weave through the site, ensuring every corner encourages interaction, leisure, and moments of retreat. Inside, the project balances flexibility with character. Wellness hubs feature spas, gyms, and yoga pavilions surrounded by green courtyards, while the business center integrates co working, meeting, and breakout spaces that embrace natural light and landscaped edges. The cultural core introduces exhibition and gallery spaces, celebrating creativity in an atmosphere that feels rooted yet forward looking. Every detail is guided by sustainability. Passive cooling strategies, water efficient planting, and adaptive shading create comfort in Riyadh’s climate, while the choice of hardy native and adaptive species ensures year round greenery. More than a development, this is a model for urban synergy, where living, working, and well being converge within a landscape first approach. The Riyadh Project redefines what it means to design for the future of the Kingdom, a lifestyle destination where innovation, culture, and ecology meet. PROJECT IMAGES
